DocketServe Command

Subscription software for process servers managing their own private jobs. Work at your desk and continue in the DocketServe field app.

Pilot rollout: paid checkout is completing billing verification. Existing account grants are preserved. App Store availability remains subject to approval.

The complete case workflow

Intake, editing, routes, attempts, evidence, proofs, invoicing and export are core Command features. Ownership, credentials and legal review still apply. Security and access to existing records are not upgrade features.

Simple usage rules

• A private job is one recipient/service instruction. Attempts, photos, corrections and additional addresses on that job do not count again.
• DocketServe marketplace assignments do not consume your private-job allowance.
• Allowances reset each calendar month. Subscription billing is monthly. No automatic overage charges.
• At your limit, finish existing work and explicitly choose an upgrade before creating more private jobs.
• No DocketServe commission on independently sourced private work. Payment-processing fees are separate and must be disclosed.
• Client collaborators do not need a Command subscription to access matters shared with them.

Try Command

New servers receive a 14-day trial without a card once credential requirements are met and they first access the ready workspace. The trial includes up to 75 new private jobs per calendar month. Existing promised access and legacy subscriptions retain their terms. No new annual or Unlimited plans are offered during the pilot.

Command does not guarantee legal service outcomes. Service purchases and marketplace compensation remain separate from software subscriptions.
